Our V Beam offers additional protection and comfort during the treatment with its patented Dynamic Cooling Device that delivers cold bursts of cryogen before the pulse is delivered. This treatment is not painful, and some people have compared it to feeling like a mild sunburn. You may experience some redness following the procedure. The redness will fade in a few hours. Occasionally a large bruise called purpura may occur. The bruise usually disappears within three to five days.  The results are dependent on several factors, including the condition being treated and your lifestyle. If you continue to spend time in the sun without protection, there is a high chance of your treated sun spots returning. We strongly recommend avoiding sun exposure before and throughout this type of treatment.
