Dr. Kiera Booth is a board-certified dermatologist at Premier Dermatology in Delaware with expertise in medical, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is a native of Wallingford, PA, and graduated from Strath Haven High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology and medical degree from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Booth completed her internship in internal medicine and dermatology residency at Indiana University, where she served as chief resident. She returned to the Philadelphia suburbs to continue her career and joined Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in 2021.

Dr. Booth cares for patients of all ages (including infants and children)and treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions, from acne and eczema to psoriasis, skin cancer, and surgery. She is an expert in inflammatory skin conditions with a special clinical interest in Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS),a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is often under diagnosed. Through the HS Foundation, she received advanced training in early diagnosis and treatment,including biologic therapies and surgical procedures such as deroofing and marsupialization. She is dedicated to helping patients access effective therapies, improving quality of life, and raising awareness of this condition.

Dr. Booth is known for her approachable and compassionate care. She strives to ensure each patient feels heard, supported, and empowered in their treatment journey. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her three young children.
